Privacy notice (KVKK)
This notice has been prepared by the data controller AkdenizGolf Ekipmanları under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

01Data we process
The name, phone number, email address, company, city and request details you share in our forms, and a one-way hashed IP digest for security purposes.
02Purpose and legal basis
To respond to your quote, appointment, service and information requests (establishment of a contract, Art. 5/2-c KVKK) and, with your explicit consent, to contact you.
03Transfers
Your data is shared with the manufacturer and the authorised service only where necessary to fulfil your request. It is not transferred abroad.
04Retention period
Request records are kept for 2 years from the last interaction and are then deleted or anonymised.
